Yes, you can have LinkMachine generate your links directly on your site's home page by making your home page the main links page in your link directory.
The first step is to create a link page template that looks like your home page. This is as easy as taking your home page and adding the word #CONTENT# at the place where you want your link directory to go. Then upload that page template to LinkMachine from the Link Page Format settings page, and select that template from the Main Link Page Template pop-down menu. More information about creating a page template can be found here.
The next step is to tell LinkMachine to replace your site's home page with its main link directory page, which will be generated form the template that you created (above). Go to Site Settings and set the Location of Link Pages to:
../
Then set the Filename of Main Link Page to:
index.htm
(or to whatever is the filename of your current home page). Using an FTP program, make sure that all write permissions are turned on for your site's root directory (the directory that contains your site's home page) and for your site's home page file itself. Submit the Site Settings, return to the admin page and click Generate Link Pages. Your site's index page should now be the version generated by LinkMachine, and should contain your link directory.
