LinkMachine's SEO Wizard and Link Analyzer take a long while to complete their analysis. Is anything wrong?:

It is normal for SEO Wizard and Link Analyzer to take a good deal of time, in some cases several hours, to complete an analysis. This is because LinkMachine must access in some cases thousands or tens of thousands of individual web pages to perform its analysis. The more popular the search terms you are analysing for, the longer the process is likely to take.

Most of the time is spent loading up web pages, so the CPU usage on your web server is normally not very high while an analysis is taking place.
